Resources

This page lists various resources that I often share with my clients.

It’s definitely a work in progress…

Do let me know if there is something you’d like to see here.

Apps

Insight Timer where you can also find my page where I’ve gathered the resources within the app that I most frequently recommend.

Tiimo this is a subscription based app, but it very useful for people who need support with planning and organising time (particularly people with ADHD). It has some wonderful features such as body doubling, mood tracking, reflections, ai assisted planning, etc… It can take a bit of effort to get it up and running to suit you (but it’s worth it). Also synchronises with desktop, smart watch, etc.

DistrACT this app is designed for people aged 13+ who are experiencing difficulties with self-harm and suicide. It is completely free, requires no sign up, and links to external resources when appropriate. It’s worth downloading and exploring if you think it might be helpful. It is used widely within the NHS throughout the UK.
