Daily parts check-ins
IFS therapy is enormously enhanced by practice between sessions. A daily parts check in can be a useful way to stay connected with your inner system and to enhance your internal awareness. Here are some examples:

Emotion Regulation Resources
A great starting point is to learn about and really understand Polyvagal Theory. This video is a few years old, but I often recommend it.
